unsatisfactory result in Mathematics ofAISSCE- – regarding

Respected Sir,
With reference to the
subject quoted above, I ____________ earnestly submit that :-
·
The AISSCE-2016 (Mathematics ) result of the students of SCHOOL below the expectations both qualitatively
& quantitatively, which is equally shocking to me being the subject teacher
as ------- students could not pass in the said subject.
·
It has become disappointing on my part too; not getting the desired
results, despite putting sincere efforts to include the following, round the
academic year and leaving no stone unturned to deliver my best to my students
using techniques and technology, as well.
·
I had completed the syllabus in time with quantity and quality and gave
proper revision after completion of syllabus.
§ Besides, I also had
taken classes of these students in the month of March just before the final Maths examination)
and revised all the basic concept & formulas of the syllabus.
§ I had provided the
students 5 sets of solved Question papers based on CBSE pattern and make them
practice well in the classes.
§ I had provided them
the study material, received from prepared
by school he subject expert in the
winter special classes)
§ I was continuously
in touch with the concerned parents to know about the progress of their ward
and had narrated them to come forward any time in case of any problem with
regard to my subject.
§ These students were
also referred to the Counsellor appointed in the Vidyalaya for necessary
counseling and motivation.
§ I had taught these students specific 51 marks syllabus provided , two to three times before final examination.
§ I had also
conducted test time to time for preparation of the syllabus.
§ I personally
telephoned/called the students & their parents for ensuring their regular
attendance in the Vidyalaya.
§ I had provided
model lesson plan CDs provided
§ I also had provided
them extra assignments, HOTS Questions, CBSE previous years Question Papers,
Study material to the bright students
which yielded fruitful results as (i) -------
and ------- secured 95 each in
Final Exam.
§ Although I made
best efforts to produce 100% results even then following points may be the
cause of poor results:
·
The overall question paper of Maths was difficult for an average students
from the last few years papers. As a result of which these students could not
passed.Sir, you will agree that this was amongst the burning issues in the
media too.
§ I didi not get the
right support from students & parents.
§ These students were
not regular to attend the remedial classes.
§ ------------- have some Medical problem,
that affected the their results.

I always have dedicated my self towards my duties in the Vidyalaya and have
put in best efforts for the best results, but for the last year’s resultwhich probably was a faux
pass, for which, as a teacher feel sorry with assurance of even working harder
in future to produce 100% qualitative and quantitative result of my students.Sir,
I would also like to urge for your kind guidance in this regard from time to
time.
